Nathan Skid Just Baked is closing all but four of its stores today. Just Baked, the Livonia-based cupcake retailer, is closing all but four of its stores today.  The company announced the news on its Facebook page Monday.  „Over the past 6 years, we’ve enjoyed taking part in many celebrations and events throughout Metro Detroit,” reads the post on the company’s Facebook page. „Today, we’ve decided to reevaluate our business operations and how best to move forward as a company.  „Once we have the right recipe for the future growth of our business, we hope to continue sharing in your celebrations!” Pam Turkin founded Just Baked in 2008.
